ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING PROGRAMME

I have devised and tested a TEN session program for all new players. This is split up as SEVEN sessions working on Rugby skills and position specific skills. TWO sessions with our Strength and Conditioning  Coach and ONE session for a medical screening with our Head Physio

Session Plan

Session 1     =  Introduction and skills and rugby appraisal 

Session 2     = Medical Screening

Session 3     = Handling and attacking Space

Session 4     = Tackling 

Session 5     = Ground Skills /Kicking 

Session 6     = Strength and Conditioning Session 

Session 7     =  Position specific Skills 

Session 8     =  Skill combination session

Session 9     =  Strength and Conditioning Session 

Session 10   =   Overview and plan weekly  sessions 

After we have delivered the initial program we will work with you to best deliver a specific plan that is tailored for your needs this might be a session once a week but it will take into consideration  your rugby and working commitments. For your information – most players we work with are having between 30-50 Hours a Year in One-To-One Coaching.
